When everything seems like they need your urgent attention, remember that your longest, and therefore most important, commitment is with yourself. Tension will arise over several areas of your life at the same time, such as your career, family life, or maybe even romance. They will be shaken, or you will just begin to notice just how much they haven’t actually been at the best state for the longest time. In all this, make yourself the only metric that matters for what’s working and what’s not. Make decisions based on what feels right for you and what is aligned with your plans for yourself.
