You, of all signs, know best when it’s time to go. What’s making it more difficult this time around? You’ve already laid out all the facts and you know what needs to be done. What’s causing the hesitation? Are you so afraid of being left with nothing that you hold on to something that it is no longer working?

It’s easy to see leaving and starting over again as a scary thing, but thinking that way is a form of discounting the experience you now hold with you or the space you’ll be creating for newer, better things to fall into place.

Keep in mind:

‘Personal growth’ is misleading, because it sounds like it’s going to be fun. But if we called it ‘deliberately making yourself uncomfortable it’ll feel like you’re dying,’ nobody would do it and we’d be totally screwed.

This isn’t meant to be a walk in the park. After all, what is good won’t always be what is easy. These will arguably be one of the scariest steps (or leaps of faith) you will ever have to do in your entire life, but the time calls for it. Take a deep breath and grab hold of who you’re becoming.
